We apologize, but we cannot pay for return shipping costs, except for defective products and all returns must be insured for the purchase amount. If you are returning non - defective products under our "30 day no hassle satisfaction guarantee" , we will issue credit for the original purchase price, less the initial shipping & handling charges and any manufacturer's restocking charges to the original credit card only. Returned Goods may be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Restocking Fees are waived for exchanges of items of equal value or more. Unused items returned due to a "change of heart" are subject to a re-stocking fee. Be certain to clearly write Return Authorization number on the outside of the shipping box.
